Birthday Books

One of the nice things about birthdays is that my husband and I try to get things for each other off our wish lists. So inevitably I get a few books. :-)
This year, my gifts were spread out a bit. A few weeks ago, I was given the first one:
Sacred Thirst
One of my favorite authors!

Then, in time for our annual Monopoly night event, I received the Star Trek Continuum Monopoly version.

Last night, I got a wireless mouse for my laptop! YAY! Tired of dealing with extra wire looping around.

Today was my final gifts:
Essentials for Life: Your Back-to-Basics Guide to What Matters Most

Becoming a True Spiritual Community: A Profound Vision of What the Church Can Be
Love me some books! An enjoyable birthday - we went out to eat at Champps, where I got my favorite dessert - cookie espress - chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and whipped cream on top. It is out of this world delicious!
